Pictures In Captions

First, you want to upload your Image at Tinypic.com

then copy the DIRECT LINK to use as your URL.

After that, go home, then add/edit photos, click the album you want, then click edit image of the picture of your choice and place the following code in the caption

<img src=URL OF PIC>

If the code won't fit, take out the 'http:' from the URL.

Example:
<img src=//i15.tinypic.com/2s0ycqx.gif>
